Hi Jill, Shane, Ashley and Ally... This is the "OLD" Allie! I just wanted to write and let you know that Ryan & I think about you all the time and say prayers for Ally (and Prayers to give you all strength) every night.
Ally has great parents and from what I hear - one heck of a sister, so I know you'll get through this!
I get updates now and then from Aunt Kelly and I told her that if you guys ever need anything, to please let us know - babysitting, running errands, etc. I am ready and willing to help out in any way I can. I've just recently read the article in the Boyertown Times about your daughter Ally. I cried throughout the entire article, and it was just the second part. When I got to the Support Needed section, there was only one thing I could think of. If you guys ever need a babysitter for Ashley, I would be honored to do it. You as parents, with a sick child or not, also need time to yourselves. If you ever need a babysitter so that you and/or your parents can get a break, call. I am sorry to hear of this turn of events. Our church today will again go to prayer for you and Ally. In times like this I recall passages in the Bible that lift me beyond my fears. Psalm 50:15 states, "Call upon Me in the day of trouble: I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me."

Can't catch a break, can you?? Well, I'm sorry to hear of the imminent need for the transplant, but your Mommy and Daddy are looking at it so positively (as usual), and they are right that this will help you in the long run.
