Dear Jill and Shane,
You guys had a much more exciting holiday than I did! Hope Ally is feeling better and that you get rest soon. I was at Longwood Gardens yesterday and saw a flower named "Allie." It made me stop and think about your daughter. Hope she continues to grow like the pretty flower I saw.
I read what you wrote about me it was very touching! My friends still talk about the party and Ally they say they have learned a lot! And that they hope to make it to a fund raiser for Ally and maybe get to meet her. It makes me feel good inside when my friends talk about Ally i wish you could meet them you would really like them. I just want to say thank you very much because i have learned so much through this experience so i thank you and i hope that Ally gets better soon. Thank you Mr.Heintz.
I AM SO GLAD THAT YOU ARE HAVING A CHANCE TO BE A REAL FAMILY BEFORE ALLY HAS HER TRANSPLANTS. WE ALL NEED A BREAK IN THE ACTION SOMETIMES TO REGROUP AND GET READY FOR THE NEXT BATTLE. IT MAKES MY HEART SO GLAD TO SEE ALLY BEING A NORMAL CHILD AS MUCH AS SHE CAN BE FOR NOW AND ALWAYS KNOW THAT MY PRAYERS ARE STILL ALWAYS THERE WITH YOUR FAMILY. ALSO IT DID MY HEART GOOD TO HEAR ABOUT COURTNEY AND HER SPECIAL GIFT TO ALLY AND YOUR FAMILY AND I DON'T FEEL THAT ANYONE IS HELPING YOU FOR THE RECOGNITION THEY MAY GET AS THAT IS NOT THE REASON FOR GIVING.........IT IS BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND WANT TO HELP AND IT IS GOOD TO KNOW THAT ONE SO YOUNG IS GROWING UP WITH GREAT CARING VALUES. AS ALWAYS YOU ARE IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS EACH DAY.
Happy Mothers Day Jill...I am so glad that all went well for Ally. I am praying everyday that you get the call from Pittsburgh. Jill...thanks for the birthday lunch, it really meant alot. Ally..you have a beautiful neck. We love you guys.
hi guys...just wanted to say how great it was to "play" with ally this week (i would say work, but we all know i dont work when allys around!!) she is an amazing kid and was the life of the party both tues and wed nite at the nurses station :) she held her own for sure! i love her to pieces and will continue to pray for that call from pitt. take care
Hooray Ally, crawling and Double hooray for Courtney!! What a wonderful birthday gift, the gift of giving. It truly is better to give than receive sometimes. I'm so very proud of both of you. Thank you Shane, for the great update, after a LONG Monday at work I have something to smile about as I lay down to rest and say my prayers and both Ally and Courtney will certainly be included in those prayers tonight!
Love and prayers to you all!
Reading Ally's site never ceases to amaze me. She has come so far... Crawling !! Wow. And then reading about Courtneys birthday surprise and thoughtfulness brought tears to my eyes. Ally is loved by so many.
Yeah! You go girl...Can't wait to see you moving and shaking...I've missed seeing you all. It always amazes me to see Ally doing the normal toddler stuff since it is so easy to get wrapped up in the medical stuff. She has a great teacher and role model in her big sister!
See you all Friday!
Hugs and kisses to everyone...
