Dear Jill and Shane,
I've just recently read the article in the Boyertown Times about your daughter Ally. I cried throughout the entire article, and it was just the second part. When I got to the Support Needed section, there was only one thing I could think of. If you guys ever need a babysitter for Ashley, I would be honored to do it. You as parents, with a sick child or not, also need time to yourselves. If you ever need a babysitter so that you and/or your parents can get a break, call. The liver transplant will be one more small hurdle that you and your family will overcome with great strength and faith. I am sorry to hear of this turn of events. Our church today will again go to prayer for you and Ally. In times like this I recall passages in the Bible that lift me beyond my fears. Psalm 50:15 states, "Call upon Me in the day of trouble: I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me."

Can't catch a break, can you?? Well, I'm sorry to hear of the imminent need for the transplant, but your Mommy and Daddy are looking at it so positively (as usual), and they are right that this will help you in the long run.
I don't know what else to say, but that I will keep you in my prayers, as always. If you need ANYTHING, please ask. You have so many people who love you!

Hello beautiful! Well, the right words totally escape me right now. While we all knew that this was a long-term problem, no one ever thought it would happen so quickly. I can't imagine the degree of numbness you are all feeling right now. Please take comfort in the fact that there are so many prayers and loving thoughts surrounding you and your parents and big Sis.
