Kathy & Jeff / Tuesday, December 4 2007 01:52 PM

Our hearts and prayers go out to Logan's family. There is no pain so deep as the death of a child. We can expect to lose our parents to death, and perhaps our spouse, but not our children. We had identical twin grandsons born way too soon (24 weeks, a little over one pound each). Our precious Jonas did not survive. His identical twin, Hiram, is now 5 and has some struggles. You are so right that our children are such a precious gift. The NICU experience gives an entirely different perspective of life and of what's truly important. Please know that we, as many others are, continuing to lift up you and your family in prayer before the Lord. May God give you the strength and wisdom you need for each day.

I love the pictures! Jill and Shane, you are two of the most amazing, loving and competent parents I have had the privilege to work with! Please remember how far you have come and all the wonderful things you have already done for your girls! I'm sure the ENT folks will figure out what is going on with Ally's airway and come up with a plan. You all continue to remain in my prayers.

You are far from incompetent-but I know how scared you were. Xtra prayers are with you all. The pictures were great. Remember one day at a time. Love to All

Jeanne / Monday, November 5 2007 03:32 PM

Incompetent is never a word I would use to describe you, Jill! You have continually amazed me beyond belief over the past three and a half years with your incredible strength. I understand and wish so very hard that I could alleviate some of your frustration and burdens. Your inner strength is also something that you are teaching your girls which is one of the best gifts you could ever give them!(even though that October girl is driving you nuts beyond belief ;})We will continue to pray that this is just another little bump and that God will smooth the road a little. I loved those Halloween pictures! Ashley sure can vamp! (thinking of another October girl...) I'm glad Ally was able to enjoy herself a little bit and laugh and smile, too. I miss you all so very, very much. Hugs and kisses to everyone...Jeanne

I liked the mini golf too, cool colors, neon alright. Noelle and a bunch of us went mini golfing too. We all tried to stay out of the water, to say the least my kids aimed for the water. But a great time was had by all.

just wanted to let you know we were thinking of you. steph and nate

Carol Yeager / Wednesday, September 5 2007 11:54 PM

May the GOOD LORD bless all of you and especially your children. The children are the ones that need your strength and also you faith, dont ever give up and also remember that prayers are answered.I know it probably has crossed your mind as to why this is happening to your family but sometim,es the Man up above does strange things to test us and our strength. You must allways believe in him and trust in him and he will see you through this weather it be good or bad he knows what is best.I do believe that the GOOD LORD GIVITH and He also taketh away if he sees that suffering is just too much, but I do believe that is way of testing our strength.so PLEASE be strong and keep praying and believing.Thoughts and prayers be with you allways

Nan Moyer / Wednesday, September 5 2007 05:04 PM

Heavenly Father, be with Ally in her healing. Help her to do more of her own breathing so that the vent can be reduced. Be with Jill, Shane and Ashley as they love and care for her. Amen.
